Acceptance
Welcome to Pet&Care. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pet Care: Dog and Cat Tracker and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the app source code except where law allows it.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful purposes.
Subscriptions and Purchases
The app offers in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Subscription lengths, pricing, and details are displayed in the app during purchase.
Health, Pet Care, and AI Information
Pet&Care may provide logs, reminders, insights, health-related organization tools, and AI-assisted information. The app does not provide veterinary, medical, legal, or emergency advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian or appropriate professional for diagnosis, treatment, or urgent concerns.
User Content
You are responsible for the information, photos, files, prompts, and other content you add to the app. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content and that it does not violate laws or the rights of others.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, abuse AI features, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Global Use
